Do I have to spar?
For many of our students sparing is the 'best bit' however our normal classes focus on technique and fitness, sparing is something we build up to over time once everyone is comfortable with each others styles and control levels - you'll also never be expected to do anything you don't feel comfortable with, many students come for the fitness and the fun of training is enough.
